Derge Medo, ACM Associate Director, has been leading Gogaboro Community Development Association (GCDA) for many years. GCDA is an organization that has been working with the people in his village to raise the level of the food production in the village. He and his team have been able to contribute funds and organize his community that led to the increase in the food, by helping small farmers farm and sell some of their produce.

He lives in Cottage Grove, MN with his wife and their children. When he is not working at his day job, he enjoys working with the community to get more organized and increase community awareness.
